The living archive

47 documented Texas occupational heat-death cases, shown in full for transparency. This is the work itself — check it.

Methodology — how this archive works

OSHA accident pages never name victims. Names here come only from news reports or family memorials; where no name is public, the archive uses descriptive labels (for example, “Roofer, Houston”). Every case is verified against OSHA records or named media reporting.

The archive is living: new cases are added as records are verified. Source links open the federal OSHA or NIOSH record for that case. Archive notes preserve every attribution caveat.

Cases are filed as records are verified; numbers do not run in date order. A record under active verification is kept internal until it clears. Archive last updated October 2026.
